Miloš Milutinović is the founder and director of KCM Financial Group, with more than two decades of experience in accounting, tax, finance and business advisory.

He began his professional career in 2005 at the family accounting office Biro M, where he progressed from basic operational work and document handling to keeping the books, communicating with clients and taking on increasing professional responsibility.

Since 2008 he has managed his own client portfolio, and in the years that followed he developed experience in financial reporting, tax work and direct support to company owners.

That path from operational work to owning a client portfolio allowed him to understand the accounting process as a whole — from preparing documentation and administrative procedures to the final results presented in financial statements.

He built on a formal education in economics by obtaining an auditor licence, an anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML) licence, and a tax advisory certificate, connecting long-standing practice with further professional development in audit, tax and compliance.

Building KCM

In 2015 he founded KCM – Knjigovodstveni centar Milutinović, beginning to grow the company independently with clients he had already worked with for years.

From a small accounting office, KCM has grown into an organised professional system that today connects accounting, tax, finance, payroll, legal support and business advisory.

The company’s growth has been built to a large extent on referrals from existing clients, while the operating model evolved as the client base grew — from individually managed portfolios toward specialist teams, clearly divided responsibilities and standardised processes.

Today Miloš focuses primarily on the strategic development of KCM, building specialist teams, tax and business advisory, tax planning, structuring businesses and supporting company owners in more complex decisions.

Experience and professional approach

Over the course of his career he has taken part in preparing and reviewing several thousand financial statements and tax returns, working with sole traders and companies across different industries.

His approach is based on connecting accounting data with their tax, financial and business consequences. The focus is not only on the accuracy of the records, but on making sure the owner understands the financial position of the business in time, plans tax obligations, recognises risks and makes better decisions.

A distinct part of his work is tax planning and business structuring — assessing the tax and financial consequences of significant business decisions before they are implemented.

He has also extended the experience of an external adviser through direct financial management in industry. Alongside leading KCM, he serves as Chief Financial Officer of Server Support, a company with more than 40 employees, where he takes part in financial planning, monitoring results and supporting management in business decisions.

That experience allows him to see the needs of owners and management from the perspective of day-to-day financial management inside an operating business.

Special expertise – healthcare

Healthcare is one of the longest-developed areas of his professional practice.

He has particular experience working with private practices, healthcare institutions and more complex healthcare systems, especially in dentistry, dental technology, treatment of addiction, and aesthetic medicine and surgery.

In this field he connects the accounting, tax, financial, regulatory and organisational aspects of the business, including support with founding, structuring and developing healthcare systems.
