Nikola Ristić is a medior accountant at KCM Financial Group, with prior experience in accounting offices and ongoing professional development inside KCM.

He joined KCM as a junior accountant and over two years of work gradually took on more complex tasks and greater responsibility in work with clients. Today he is part of the medior team that independently manages its own client portfolio.

Professional focus

Nikola’s professional focus covers tax law, payroll and recording business transactions. In his day-to-day work he takes part in keeping the books, preparing tax records and returns, payroll, document control and providing accounting support to clients.

Knowledge of tax law allows him to look at accounting questions more broadly, through their tax consequences and the application of current tax regulations in concrete business situations. By profession he is an economics graduate, and through specialisation in tax law he obtained the title of tax advisor.

As a medior accountant, Nikola has a high level of independence in work with clients and in managing their accounting and tax obligations. His further development is focused on deepening professional knowledge and expanding responsibility in work with clients, with a view to moving into a senior role.
