Nevena Milutinović is one of the first members of the KCM team and has been professionally engaged in accounting, finance and direct client support for more than ten years.

Her career has developed in parallel with the growth of KCM — from the company’s first years of operation to today’s system, in which she is entrusted with some of the most complex and most significant clients.

In her professional practice she has taken part in preparing and reviewing several thousand financial statements, calculations and tax returns, working with companies of different size, structure and complexity.

Expertise built through practice

Nevena’s professional approach is based on a detailed understanding of the client’s business, continuity and a high level of responsibility in the day-to-day running of accounting and financial processes.

Alongside regular accounting follow-up, her work covers financial reporting, tax records and filings, calculations, reconciliations and coordinating more complex accounting processes.

Years of direct cooperation with company owners and management have enabled her to connect accounting data with the practical needs of the business and to recognise in time questions that require further analysis or the involvement of other specialists from the KCM team.

A distinct part of her professional experience is tied to the private healthcare sector, where she today manages some of KCM’s largest and operationally most demanding clients.

Over the years she has developed a deep understanding of the accounting and financial specifics of healthcare institutions and related activities, especially in dentistry, dental technology, aesthetic medicine and other specialised healthcare services.

Her expertise in this field covers ongoing financial monitoring, tax obligations, the organisation of accounting processes and an understanding of the specific business and regulatory requirements of the healthcare sector.
