Maja Nikolić is a medior accountant at KCM Financial Group with prior experience in bookkeeping agencies and further professional development inside KCM.

She joined the company as a junior accountant and over two years of work gradually took on more complex tasks and greater responsibility in work with clients. Today she works in a team with a senior mentor and is in a phase of becoming more independent and preparing to take on a senior role.

A distinct part of Maja’s experience is working with sole traders, payroll, VAT and recording business transactions.

In her day-to-day work she takes part in keeping the books, preparing tax records, payroll calculations and monitoring clients’ accounting obligations.

Working with sole traders has enabled her to develop a solid practical understanding of the specifics of their accounting and tax affairs, while through KCM’s mentoring model she continuously expands her knowledge and independence in work.

Maja is an economics graduate and further develops her professional knowledge through direct work with clients and the practical application of accounting and tax regulations.
