Dobrila Lukić is the most experienced member of the KCM Financial Group accounting team, with almost four decades of professional experience in accounting and finance.

She spent most of her career in bookkeeping agencies, where working with a large number of clients and different industries gave her exceptionally broad practical knowledge.

Decades of practice have enabled her to look at accounting questions not only through regulations and procedures, but through experience gained in a large number of concrete business situations.

Four decades of accounting practice

During her career Dobrila has taken part in preparing and reviewing thousands of financial statements, tax calculations and other accounting records.

Working with different business systems has allowed her to develop experience that covers day-to-day bookkeeping, tax records, annual accounts, financial reporting and resolving more complex accounting questions.

Her expertise is especially visible in situations that require connecting accounting regulations with their practical application and with experience gained through many years of work with clients.

Passing on knowledge

An important part of Dobrila’s professional career has also been developing other accountants.

Over several decades of work she has taken part in training dozens of colleagues, passing on knowledge through practical work, direct support and solving concrete accounting situations.

In that way her experience today is valuable not only for the clients she manages directly, but also for the wider KCM accounting team.

Role at KCM

Dobrila has been part of KCM Financial Group since 2023, when she took on the role of senior accountant, her own client portfolio and responsibility for her team’s work.

As a senior accountant she manages and represents clients, monitors their accounting and tax affairs and provides professional support in situations that require a high level of experience and practical knowledge.

She sees KCM as a professional environment in which she wants to continue and round off her long career, passing experience on to new generations of accountants and continuing to work directly with clients.
